After the great success of the previous two editions, Let me Italian you is proudly ready to launch the thirdd and exclusive edition of DISCOVER LONDON.
It will be a unique and exclusively edition for the all 2024!
Christmas is a magical time of year to be visiting London. There are spectacular decorations everywhere and people are generally in a festive mood. The city comes to life during the holidays, with festive activities and cheery Christmas markets in every corner of the city. With Christmas decorations lining the main shopping streets, ice rinks in historic settings and fabulous theatre shows on the schedule, it’s the perfect time to celebrate all things merry and bright.
DISCOVER LONDON is an innovative project whose purpose is to make the participants live a professional experience for those who love photography and video making.
The main goal of the project is to valorise and promote the magic city of London, in UK, through photos, reportage, videos made by photographers (amateurs and not) from different places of the world. DISCOVER LONDON wants to enrich the professional and academic path of the photographer, moreover it wants to enrich his portfolio.
The two tours of the cities is organized in collaboration with Fiona, a professional local guide,who knows all the sights of London and will take you on a guided tour . Exactly:
1° Tour: Visit of Buckingham Palace + Houses of Parliament + Big Ben + Westminster Bridge + Westminster Abbey + 10 Downing Street + Trafalgar Square + The National Gallery + Covent Garden
2° Tour: Visit of Tower of London + Tower Bridge + South Bank + The Shard + Borough Market + Shakespeare's Globe + Millenium Bridge + St. Paul's Cathedral
Further, we will attend to the most iconic moment in London: Royal Guard Change at Buckingham Palace.
We'll discover the most photogenic spots decorated with Christmas lights such as: Regent Street, Oxford Street, Picadilly and Camden Town.
Last but not least, we will have a wonderful activity in one of the most popular area of London: "Notting Hill and Portobello" and "Camden Town".
In order to improve participants’ professional and academic skills, there will be several workshops :
How is DISCOVER LONDON organized and what is its output?
The role of participant is to take photos of London's beauties during each guided tours. You will work alone or in pair (your fellow could be one your friend). The project lasts 4 days.

10:00 – 12:30 First Tour of London with Azel (see above the details)
15:30 – 17:30 Workshop “Street Photography - Xmas mood” at Regen & Oxford Streets with Yulia Hutton
Friday 29 November
10:00 – 12:30 Workshop “Portrait Photography” at South Bank with Yulia Hutton
15:30 - 17:30 Second Tour of London with Fiona (see above the details)
Saturday 30 November
10:30 – 12:30 Outdoor Shooting with local models at Hyde Park
15:00 – 17:00 Visit of The British Museum
Sunday 1 December
10:15 – 12:15 Visit of Camden Town
12:15 – 12:30 Issue of Attendance certificates and Good bye
At the end of the project, it will be released to each participant the Attendance certificates signed by Let me Italian you and all its partners.
Plus, in order to bring more visibility to the work done during the project, each participant will submit 20 photos with their credits to Let me Italian you and the photos will be published by our official Flickr & Instagram (@letmeitalianyou) accounts.

Although my journey with photography began just a year ago, it has quickly become a central part of my life.
