After the great success of the first four editions, DISCOVER KRAKOW is ready to launch its fifth edition with some great changes!
DISCOVER KRAKOW is an innovative project whose purpose is to make the participants live a professional experience for those who love photography and video making.
The main goal of the project is to valorise and promote the romantic and shining city of Krakow, in Poland, trough photos, reportage, videos made by young photographers from different places of the world. DISCOVER KRAKOW wants to enrich the professional and academic path of the young photographer, moreover it wants to enrich his portfolio.
DISCOVER KRAKOW is supported by Italian Cultural Institute in Krakow.
The tour of Old Town is organized in collaboration with Małgorzata Kubas, a professional Polish guide, who has the role to let discover and know all the beauties of Cracow thanks guided tours. Furthermore, agenda will be enriched with the visit of the UNESCO World heritage site: Auschwitz and Birkenau concentration camps.
Plus,we will let you discover an unique natural beauty: Zakrowek Lake.
In order to improve participants’ professional and academic skills, there will be two workshops:
- Workshop "Portrait photography" organized by the famous Cracow School Of Art and Fashion Design; it will last 3 hours.
- PhotoShooting organized by the polish photographer Monika Mrozik
- PhotoShooting organized by the polish photographer Paulina Krzyżak with two models: Karolina B. & Paula .
- PhotoShooting organized by the polish photographer Iwona Wojtowicz
Further, after the great session of the last edition,there will be again: outdoor photoshoot with Krakowski Parkour (see the album: https://goo.gl/jsgkZM)
How is DISCOVER KRAKOW - 5° Edition organized and what is its output?
The role of participant is to take photos of Krakow’s beauties during each guided tours. You will work alone or in pair (your fellow could be one your friend). The project lasts 5 days.

At the end of the project, it will be released to each participant the Attendance certificates signed by Let me Italian you and all its partners: Italian Cultural Institute in Krakow, Cracow School Of Art and Fashion Design, Monika Mrozik.
Plus, in order to make more visible the job done during the project, each participant will give 20 photos with his credits to Let me Italian you and then he will see one photo published on the official Facebook page of Krakow, Krakow PL (106K followers),and from our official Website & Instagram.
Online Contest - FINAL AWARDS
After the ending of the project, there will be an online contest: one photo per each participants realized during the project will be published in our Facebook Page Let me Italian you: the photo who will collect more Likes in 4 days will win:
1) Private Tokyo Photo Tours for 2 people with EYExploreTokyo
