I am Anna-Carin from Sweden and I live in Stockholm. I work for an art copyright organization. This year, I have decided to take leave of absence from my office to devote myself to my true passions. Photography is one of these.

My name is Marina, I love film photography. I'm a hobby photographer. I like history of film developing, and I always try to shoot something. My first camera was Zenit EM. Since then it's been a few years and cameras won't fit on the shelf (but it's a very small shelf). The film is intriguing, because the result is not always predictable. Always wonder what happens in the end. Glad to have been invited to participate in the event. I think this is a great opportunity to improve your skills in the company of interesting people.

I'm Simona, an Italian girl living in Belgium. I am a PhD student in Neuroscience and together with Photography these are my greatest passions. I started shooting around with an Olympus pen and fell in love with the mirrorless world ever since, and now I have a Sony Alpha (which is my little girl). I cannot live without traveling because for me it is the best way to develop and grow. I love discovering new places and immortalizing the way I see them with my camera. I especially like landscape / nature and street photography. I’m looking forward to this new experience in Istanbul.

When I was 13 years old I received my first camera and it was the  beginning of one of my greatest passions. I love books, travels and photography. I try to practice different one but my favourite is portrait. I like to catch emotions which describe ourselves. Many of us often think that you have to be typical beauty to have nice picture. I like to show it’s not true. I know I still need to learn a lot but it gives me a lot of fun.

I have been working as a professional portrait and children photographer at the successful photo company Pildikompanii. Nowadays I work as a guitar player at the Helin-Mari Arder band and as a freelance photographer taking pictures of musicians and public events. Shooting wildlife and street scenes is my hobby. One of my favourite photo genres is the portraiture. I like bringing out the best and the most characteristic of every person I photograph.
